Hi there, I’m Dr. Rae—and I’m so glad you’re here!
This space was created with one goal in mind: to connect, encourage, and empower women who are doing their best to balance it all. I know firsthand how heavy that balance can feel. We juggle careers, families, health, relationships, and the constant demand to “show up” for everyone. And while we wear many hats beautifully, the truth is—we’re still human. We get tired, we doubt ourselves, and sometimes, we just need someone to say: You are not alone in this.
That’s what this community is about.
Here, I promise to show up with honesty, respect, and a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of your journey. No two paths are the same, and yet, there’s a shared strength in womanhood that ties us together. Whether you’re a working mom, a student, a caregiver, or navigating a chapter in between, you deserve a safe space to pause, reflect, and realign.
I believe in the transformative power of self-care—not as an indulgence, but as a necessity. Rest is not a reward to be earned; it’s a vital part of living. Radical optimism, paired with intentional self-care, has the power to shift your perspective and catapult you into a life of fulfillment.
So what exactly is radical optimism? It’s not blind positivity or ignoring real challenges—it’s a bold choice to believe that even in the middle of chaos, setbacks, or stress, good things are still possible. Radical optimism is about training your mind to see opportunities instead of only obstacles, to focus on growth instead of guilt, and to choose peace even when life feels anything but peaceful. Practiced daily, it can change the way you parent, the way you work, the way you love, and most importantly—the way you treat yourself. It’s the reminder that while you can do anything, you cannot do everything, and you don’t have to.
So, consider this your invitation. Together, we’ll explore the mental, physical, and social nuances of womanhood. We’ll laugh, we’ll reflect, and we’ll learn ways to honor our bodies, protect our peace, and nurture our joy. My hope is that through this journey, you’ll rediscover your strength, your beauty, and your balance.
Welcome, sister. Let’s grow here—together.
