I’m Dr. LaRae Brown — though most people know me as Dr. Rae. I’m a board-certified OB-GYN, professor, speaker, wife, and mom of six. My life has been about finding balance between a demanding medical career and the everyday roles of wife, mother, daughter, and friend.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about physical health — it’s about resilience, peace, and creating space for joy. I share my story because I want other women to know they don’t have to choose between purpose and rest. Balance is possible, even in the middle of life’s chaos.

My mission is to empower women and families to prioritize peace, balance, and well-being in ways that feel practical and real. Whether I’m mentoring, teaching, or speaking, my goal is to make wellness accessible and relatable — and to encourage others to embrace both resilience and rest on the path to a healthier, more purposeful life.
